What is the value of UX in a business context?
Brands that adopt UX develop a consistent and seamless experience across communication touchpoints for improved customer retention. Investing in UX optimisation is vital for gaining brand recognition, trust and user retention.
Furthermore, good UX strategies within the team can optimise processes, grow engagement, build loyalty, and promote a culture of innovation and growth.
