Previously, projects mostly followed user research, wireframing, design, and development phases; many product-related decisions could only be validated after development. Today, thanks to Figma's evolving prototyping capabilities, teams can test their ideas much earlier, gather user feedback before development begins, and make more informed decisions.
In this talk, we'll discuss how Figma workflows have evolved, the transition from static screens to interactive prototypes, and the increasing importance of user testing in the product development process. We'll also examine the impact of early validation of ideas on cost, speed, and product success through real-world examples, rather than developing based on assumptions.
