Designers on Bikes. It is a new series of events that Sarah Lang created. We meet as often as possible and spend a wonderful day with like-minded and nice people on bikes.
Graphic designers, industrial designers, interior designers, web designers, instructional designers, creative designers, and tech designers are all welcome to join us. Since I live in Frankfurt, we will start here. But you are also welcome to join us from surrounding cities.
About the organization:
We will meet at 3 pm on June the 3rd 2023 in Frankfurt am Main - Bornheim (Comeniusstraße 2, 60389 Frankfurt am Main)
The following stops are:
Riederwald
Maintal
The destination is the Lohrberg (Lohrberg-Schänke, Auf dem Lohr 9, 60389 Frankfurt am Main), where we can enjoy a cider, stretch our feet (walk in the cold water), public toilets are available and if needed a hot tarte flambée can be ordered in the restaurant.
Please remember the following for the bike ride:
Get your bike ready for the road (check brakes, inflate air, mount front and rear lights).
Wear a helmet, if possible
Bring enough drinking water and small snacks for the tour
Bring a towel and a change of socks for the foot bath at Lohrberg
Picnic blanket, cutlery and dishes
Food
Bring your partner and your children are welcome too. This is a family friendly event,therefore we will ride at a leisurely pace during the tour.
If you don't have a bike, can't borrow one, or don't want to bike, you are welcome to meet at the destination around 6 pm for a picnic. From the destination, it's up to everyone how they get home.

Designer on Bikes. Das ist eine neue Veranstaltungsreihe, die Sarah Lang ins Leben gerufen habe. Wir treffen uns so oft wie möglich und verbringen einen schönen Tag mit Gleichgesinnten und netten Menschen auf Fahrrädern.
Grafikdesigner, Industriedesigner, Innenarchitekten, Webdesigner, Instruktionsdesigner, Kreativdesigner und Techdesigner sind alle herzlich eingeladen, sich uns anzuschließen. Da ich in Frankfurt wohne, werden wir hier starten. Aber auch aus den umliegenden Städten seid ihr herzlich eingeladen, euch uns anzuschließen.

Ziel ist der Lohrberg (Lohrberg-Schänke, Auf dem Lohr 9, 60389 Frankfurt am Main), wo wir einen Apfelwein genießen, unsere Füße kneipen können (Spaziergang im kalten Wasser), öffentliche Toiletten sind vorhanden und bei Bedarf kann heißer Flammkuchen im Restaurant bestellt werden.
Bringt ausreichend Trinkwasser und kleine Snacks für die Tour mit
Bringt ein Handtuch und Wechselsocken für das Kneipbecken am Lohrberg mit
Picknickdecke, Besteck und Geschirr
Essen
Bringt gerne eure Partner*In mit und auch Ihre Kinder sind willkommen. Da es sich um eine familienfreundliche Veranstaltung handelt, werden wir während der Tour in einem gemächlichen Tempo fahren.
Wenn du kein Fahrrad hast, keins ausleihen kannst oder nicht radeln möchtest, kannst du gerne gegen 18 Uhr am Zielort zum Picknick einkehren. Vom Zielort aus ist es jedem selbst überlassen, wie er nach Hause kommt.
