Bora para uma conversa direta e acolhedora sobre propósito e carreira em UX no começo de 2026?

Em 2026, uma parceria entre o Local Group IxDF Salvador e a plataforma Design&Dendê vai reunir Amyris Fernandez e Rodrigo Lemes. Dois nomes de destaque do design no Brasil, Eles atuam conectando pessoas, aprendizado e prática no design, trazendo uma visão bem pé no chão sobre como a gente evolui de verdade — com repertório, escolhas e constância. Suas trajetórias são marcadas por construir caminhos em ambientes dinâmicos de produto e tecnologia, com olhar atento para crescimento profissional, maturidade e impacto, sempre olhando para o lado humano e social do trabalho.

A proposta deste encontro é simples: criar um respiro no início do ano para pensar com mais intenção. Em vez de começar 2026 no automático, a ideia é usar esse momento como um ponto de partida para planejar com propósito — definir metas que façam sentido, escolher projetos que fortaleçam sua direção e organizar o aprendizado como parte real do seu trabalho. Não é sobre prometer uma versão perfeita de você, nem sobre “virar a chave” em uma noite; é sobre dar nome ao que importa e construir clareza para o próximo ciclo.

Your IxDF Local Leader organizes meetups based on what members want most. As an IxDF member, you can also plan and create your own meetups. Sessions range from hands-on and structured to relaxed and informal.

Some examples of what you'll find:

Presentations from local designers, followed by Q&A
Lightning talks where members share lessons learned from real projects
Workshops where you work through a real design challenge together
Portfolio reviews where you get honest, practical feedback
Coffee meetups and design dinners with open conversations about where the industry is heading

Any member can propose, organize and post a meetup. You don't have to wait for your Local Leader to take the initiative.

What stays consistent is the people. You'll find designers and professionals who ask good questions, share what they know, and show up for each other between meetups too.
