O přednášejících
Pavla Řádková je UX výzkumnice v Shoptetu, kde už téměř tři roky buduje výzkum od úplných základů. Během meetupu přiblíží, jak probíhal rozvoj demokratizovaného výzkumu v Shoptetu – od úvodního nastavování procesů až po současný stav, kdy je výzkum přirozenou součástí produktové praxe.
Ivana má více než 10 let zkušeností s UX výzkumem a dlouhodobě se věnuje jeho demokratizaci v produktových týmech. V Alma Career stála za vznikem UX Research Academy a podílela se na nastavování způsobů, jak mohou designéři, produktoví manažeři i další role smysluplně pracovat s výzkumem, aniž by z nich museli být full-time výzkumníci.
