Mi nombre es Marcela Gómez, actual Country Manager para IxDF Colombia y quería hacerles saber que estamos abriendo convocatoria, en la búsqueda de un Líder Local para la ciudad de Medellín.
Ser un líder local puede ser una experiencia gratificante y será recompensado con los beneficios de:
- Networking: conocer otros diseñadores o profesionales del área y expandir tus conexiones profesionales.
- Aprender: compartir tus experiencias e ideas con otros, y aprender de tus colegas.
- Desarrollo personal: te ayudará a destacarte como líder en el mundo del diseño, ya que serás parte importante para el crecimiento de la comunidad de UX y afines en Colombia.
¿Cuánto tiempo y esfuerzo se necesita para ser un líder local?
Ser líder local puede tomar de 1-2 horas efectivas por semana, eso es alrededor de 15 minutos de su tiempo todos los días, algo que puedes incorporar fácilmente en tu día a día, siempre y cuando te organices y estés motivado, esta es una gran oportunidad.
¿Qué necesitas para participar de esta convocatoria?
- Una conversación conmigo y una con otro de los líderes para alienar expectativas e identificar match con el equipo actual. - Cómo te mencionaba algo de tiempo a la semana y motivación en pro aportar a la comunidad.
- Sí o sí, residir en la ciudad de Medellín o alrededores, ya que debes tener la disponibilidad y disposición para hacer eventos presenciales.
Si eres la persona elegida entre las personas que se postulen estás serán tus responsabilidades: - Promover los eventos en tu ciudad, ya sean remotos o presenciales. - Lo anterior implica las labores logísticas que eso genera en colaboración con los demás líderes del país. - Administrar el grupo de IxDF Medellín en la plataforma. - Participar en las demás actividades e iniciativas que el equipo de líderes tenga o proponga.
Ten en cuenta que es un rol de voluntariado, por lo que todas nuestras actividades son sin ánimo de lucro, no recibimos ni pedimos ningún intercambio económico por hacerlo. La permanencia en el rol dependerá de tu proactividad, responsabilidad y cumplimiento.
