Hi IxDF Los Angeles, this is a call for all the beginner in the UX Design who just don't know where to start and who used to be majored in another field. let's meet up and give each other sources, motivations, network over coffee! Share UX design insights and resources, discuss UX problems you are facing now, or just chat about anything else. I was there a year ago until I heard about the new major that Santa Monica College is offering for the first time in LA and that is centered towards the UX Design. As a student and an ex Neuroscience Major, I believe that everyone has something to add up. if it works we can make a plan on how we will succeed together in this field and work from there on regular basis. It's going to be an informal, cozy meetup with fellow designers!

Hello! I'm a working UX/UI designer on the west side. I wouldn't describe myself as a beginner but I'm making an active effort to be more involved with the community. Having that said, I could really use some advice from other professionals about forging the career path you want, vs the path you can simply have. I would love to use this time to chat with others about their career journey so far and strategies for portfolio content and interviewing. Is there a confirmed attendance for this meetup? Looking forward to meeting!
