About the Guest:

Mathuram Nallathambi, Senior Director – User Experience Design at Ascendion, and former Co-Founder and Chief UX Strategist of Ambian Strategy Private Limited.

Mathuram is a Human Factors International Certified Usability Analyst with over two decades of experience spanning visual design, usability, user experience, and digital product design.

In 2018, she co-founded Ambian Strategy, a UX-focused design consultancy that worked with startups, growing organizations, and enterprises. At Ambian, she led engagements across UX research and audits, digital product design, and experience-led MVP development, helping clients translate complex business requirements into intuitive digital experiences.

She has now transitioned into the role of Senior Director – User Experience Design at Ascendion, where her focus is on shaping AI-native user experiences for AAVA, Ascendion’s agentic platform, bringing together her experience in UX strategy, product design, and emerging AI-driven interactions.
