Muchas veces proponemos soluciones sin conocer realmente su contexto, cómo viven o perciben su entorno. Por eso, necesitamos crear más espacios donde podamos empatizar, aprender de sus experiencias y diseñar propuestas que realmente les aporten valor 💡.
