Proceedings of 21st International Symposium of Human Factors in Telecommunication HFT 2008

The 21st Symposium on Human Factors in Telecommunication (HFT 2008) was hosted by the Interface Design Department at the Faculty of Creative Multimedia, Multimedia University Malaysia. HFT 2008 took place from 17th till 20th March, 2008. The HFT 2008 was also endorsed by European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) Human Factors Group. The theme for 2008 was User Experience of ICTs. The event covered end-user centric perspectives of topics related to the research, development, deployment, use, maintenance and impacts of fixed and mobile Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), services and applications. The HFT Symposium provides an interactive forum for academics and practitioners to discuss the challenges, innovations, standards and development opportunities. The event strives for the best possible user experience and accessibility of ICT, for all.
