Job Description

• Translate operational processes into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Design data-heavy dashboards and interfaces.

• Establish UX patterns and maintain design consistency.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure scalable implementation.

• Validate solutions through usability testing and iteration.

• Advocate for accessibility and clarity in complex systems.

• 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience.

• Experience designing enterprise software or internal tools.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow‑centric design.

• Experience designing dashboards or operational systems.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
