Webflow Designer

We are seeking a talented Webflow Designer to bring high-quality digital designs to life on the web. In this role, you will translate polished visual designs into responsive, performant, and well-structured Webflow experiences. You will collaborate closely with Design and Growth teams to ensure marketing pages, landing pages, and website components are executed with precision, speed, and consistency. The role emphasizes implementation, attention to detail, and scalability, helping experiments and campaigns reach users efficiently. Your work will ensure the website remains visually accurate, accessible, and aligned with the brand system. This is a remote, full-time position focused on delivering excellence in execution and maintaining a high standard of web craftsmanship.

Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain marketing pages, landing pages, and website components in Webflow with precision and attention to detail.
• Translate high-fidelity designs from Figma into clean, responsive, and scalable Webflow builds.
• Collaborate closely with Design to ensure visual accuracy and adherence to the brand system.
• Partner with Growth to ship pages quickly, support campaigns, and iterate on marketing experiments.
• Create reusable components and maintain scalable structures in Webflow.
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across all devices.
• Support ongoing updates, optimizations, and A/B tests to enhance website effectiveness.
• Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines across all web pages.
