Web Designer & Webflow Developer

[REDACTED] is a growing web design and development studio working with clients around the world. We design and build high-quality websites with a strong focus on thoughtful design, scalable Webflow builds, and modern workflows.

We're looking for our first full-time team member, someone who is excited by the opportunity to help build and shape the studio while working across a variety of projects.

This role suits someone who enjoys varied work, solving problems independently, and collaborating to create exceptional websites.

The Role

You'll be working across multiple client projects simultaneously, designing in Figma, building in Webflow, and delivering polished, client-ready websites. Some weeks that's a full site build. Other weeks it's CMS architecture, interactions, or integrating membership platforms. This role will be a 50/50 mix of design and development so it is essential to be strong in both areas.

We need someone who can work independently, make smart decisions without constant direction, and take genuine ownership of the work. If something needs figuring out, you figure it out. If something could be done better, you flag it.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the studio, not just complete tasks, but help shape how [REDACTED] operates and scales.

Core Skills (Required)

• Strong website design ability, you can design clean, conversion-focused layouts,
• Figma, components, auto layout, clean design systems
• Webflow, CMS, responsive builds, interactions, scalable class structures
• AI tools, Claude or similar for workflow efficiency
• Relume, component libraries and rapid wireframing
• Fluent English (written and verbal), non-negotiable
