About The Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Web Designer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-performing web experiences that resonate with our diverse user base, including parents, children, and seniors. Your expertise will guide product discovery journeys, craft delightful user onboarding processes, and develop responsive, accessible websites that align with our brand and business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Brand, and Marketing, you will ensure that [REDACTED] delivers lovable and memorable digital experiences that foster user engagement and retention. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the visual and functional aspects of our digital platforms, shaping how families interact with our products worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional web design experience with a proven portfolio demonstrating impactful projects and end-to-end ownership
• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping for seamless engineering handoff
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Figma make, Gemini, etc.
• Strong understanding of UX & UI design principles, responsive design, and digital best practices
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with additional skills in motion design tools like AfterEffects being a plus
• Front-end development experience preferred to facilitate effective collaboration with engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts both verbally and visually
• Experience designing for mobile applications, especially in fintech or consumer product sectors, is advantageous
• Deep familiarity with iOS and Android mobile design patterns
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and manage multiple projects effectively

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-centered website layouts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and conversion-optimized digital experiences
• Conduct user research, create user flows, and develop information architecture to inform design decisions
• Lead the entire website design process from ideation, visual design, and prototyping to delivery and quality assurance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into intuitive digital solutions
• Drive UI decisions, ensuring engineering-ready designs, components, and flows meet high standards of craft and usability
• Iterate on designs through testing and user feedback to continuously improve performance and user engagement
• Stay current with web design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies, integrating best practices into your work
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Participate actively in brainstorms, reviews, and team discussions to elevate the quality of design deliverables
