Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Web Designer & E-Commerce Manager to redesign, rebuild, and maintain [REDACTED] website into a fully functional e-commerce platform. This individual will be responsible for creating an engaging customer experience, managing website content, maintaining product listings, processing online orders, and coordinating drop-shipped products.

This role requires both creative design skills and strong operational organization. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about helping a growing business achieve its online sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development

• Design and rebuild [REDACTED] website into a modern, user-friendly e-commerce platform.
• Improve overall website appearance, navigation, functionality, and customer experience.
• Optimize the website for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Implement strategies to improve website performance, speed, and conversion rates.
• Ensure all website content maintains brand consistency and professionalism.

E-Commerce Management

• Add, update, and remove products as inventory changes.
• Conduct product research and gather information, images, specifications, and pricing.
• Create and maintain accurate product descriptions and listings.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage promotions, special offers, and featured product sections.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Process online customer orders.
• Coordinate and manage drop-shipped products with suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure customers receive timely updates.
• Resolve website-related order issues and support online customer inquiries when needed.

Website Maintenance & Growth

• Perform ongoing website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor website security and functionality.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase online sales.
• Assist in developing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and revenue.
• Support future growth initiatives as the company expands its online presence.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing websites, preferably e-commerce websites.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or similar e-commerce systems.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and website design principles.
• Experience with product management and online merchandising.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and website analytics is a plus.
• Experience with furniture, retail, or home furnishings is preferred but not required.
