📋 Description
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Develop, launch, and maintain [REDACTED]’s responsive website across devices and browsers
- Translate high-fidelity mockups from Figma, Adobe XD, and similar tools into scalable web architecture
- Develop campaign landing pages, product launch mini-sites, and localized pages
- Monitor site health, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize load speeds
- Maintain clean and scalable website code
- Implement technical SEO, tracking pixels, and analytics tags
- Partner with performance marketers on A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Maintain design consistency across interfaces
- Use Jira to manage design tasks and track progress
- Document design processes and guidelines in Confluence
- Lead user research and usability testing
- Keep current with design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to translate complex requirements into effective visual user experiences
🎯 Requirements
- Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Robust experience managing and building CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, or headless architectures
- Deep knowledge of WordPress
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot
- General understanding of web hosting, cybersecurity, and the IT sector
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user-centered design, interaction design, and responsive design
- Proven experience working directly alongside Marketing teams
- Understanding of lead generation, landing page mechanics, and campaign timelines
- Strong eye for UX/UI principles and ability to accurately execute a designer’s vision
- Ability to identify site performance bottlenecks and independently deploy technical solutions
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web development, user journeys, landing pages, or internal interfaces
- Ability to independently drive projects from concept through delivery
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good written and spoken English
