📋 Description

• Support the design and execution of marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences
• Manage assigned design requests, balancing speed and quality with senior designer support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with ICP goals, content, and messaging
• Apply the existing website design system and established visual brand standards
• Apply accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and website best practices
• Use data and user insights to support design iteration and optimization
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders
• Support no-code implementation and publishing in [REDACTED], including asset preparation and QA
• Work with marketing, product, engineering, development, and creative teams to bring business goals and user needs to life

🎯 Requirements

• Working proficiency in [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]
• Foundational understanding of web, brand, or digital design and core UX/UI principles, developed through coursework, internships, or early hands-on project work
• Some exposure to designing for responsive, mobile-first marketing websites
• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn information into clean, visually organized designs catered to project and brand needs
• Comfortable applying established design guidelines and escalating questions to a senior designer or manager
• Interest in collaborating with video or motion designers on web experiences
• Willingness to learn how to build and maintain design systems and component libraries under guidance
• Foundational design skills across layout, composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
• Eagerness to take ownership of individual project pieces with regular check-ins
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain design choices
• Commitment to accountability, transparency, and continuous learning
• Self-motivated ability to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment
