About the role:

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Web and Graphic Designer who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, guiding best practices, and ensuring every deliverable is polished and ready to go out the door.

This is the right role for someone who likes owning multiple projects from start to finish. Someone who vaues clarity, usability, and conversion-focused design.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage revisions, timelines, and expectations through project completion
• Design and mock up websites with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and conversion
• Apply UX principles and practical usability best practices
• Structure homepages and key pages for clarity and engagement
• Assist with writing or refining hooks, headlines, and anchors using StoryBrand-style principles (content team supports full copy)
• Design supporting assests like Social media ads, print and digital marketing materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Make content and layout edits in WordPress
• Adjust themes and templates as needed

Who are we looking for?

• 4–5 plus years of agency experience in website and graphic design
• Healthcare or dental experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written English, including spelling and grammar
• Have significant experience using AI to increase quality and production
• Struggle with deadlines or ownership of outcomes

Position: Web and Graphic Designer

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm EST

Holidays: US Holidays

Salary: USD 1500 - USD 2200 per month
