- Own web design and UX end-to-end
- Build the AI design system that lets the team self-serve
- Extend design across the marketing surface
- Own and evolve the brand system
- Use AI as your primary production engine
- Prototype fast
- Partner with engineering on a clean handoff
- Set the design quality bar
- Document your systems for the whole org
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on web and digital design experience
- Strong portfolio of shipped web and marketing design work in a fast-moving environment
- Deep command of website UX: information architecture, responsive layout, design systems, interaction and conversion design, and dev-ready handoff in Figma
- Strong, demonstrable AI design skills
- A systems builder, not a one-off maker
- Comfortable designing web, lifecycle email, organic social, and brand assets
- Prototyping chops
- Strong collaborator and communicator
- Bias to ship
- Genuine curiosity about crypto, trading, and prop
