Key Responsibilities:
UX Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows
- Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Collaborate with product managers to understand business goals
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. usability or accessibility issues)
UI Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing, consistent, and responsive user interfaces
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards .
