Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Strategy & Leadership
- Define and drive the overall UI/UX strategy for enterprise applications and SaaS products.
- Lead end-to-end design activities from research to final implementation.
- Establish and maintain enterprise design systems and UI standards.
- Mentor and guide junior UI/UX designers while promoting design best practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design consistency.
User Experience Design
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and usability studies.
- Create user personas, customer journey maps, empathy maps, and information architecture.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive experiences.
- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user journeys.
- Continuously improve user experience based on analytics and customer feedback.
User Interface Design
- Design modern, responsive, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Develop scalable design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI assets.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all digital products.
Product Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product demonstrations.
Design Innovation
- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.
- Introduce innovative design concepts that enhance user engagement and productivity.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 5 years leading enterprise product design initiatives.
- A solid portfolio showcasing enterprise web, mobile, and SaaS applications.
Preferred Experience
- Designing AI-powered applications and conversational interfaces.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications.
