Visual Designer

As a Visual Experience Designer (VXD), you will help create intuitive, beautiful, and cohesive product experiences that delight customers and support [REDACTED]’s design standards

Working closely with Visual Designers, Interaction Designers, UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers, you will contribute to product experiences across web, desktop, and emerging platforms

You will apply design system standards, create high-quality visual assets, and develop your skills in product thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration

• Create high-quality visual design deliverables including UI mockups, icons, illustrations, presentations, and production-ready assets
• Apply [REDACTED] Design System standards and established design patterns to ensure consistency and usability across experiences
• Collaborate with UX Designers and Engineers to translate concepts, wireframes, and requirements into polished user interfaces
• Support the creation and maintenance of reusable design components and visual assets
• Participate in design critiques, workshops, and team reviews, incorporating feedback into design iterations
• Contribute to prototypes and design explorations that help communicate ideas and validate solutions
• Work closely with teammates to understand customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Stay current with design trends, tools, accessibility considerations, and industry best practices
• Continuously improve craft skills in visual design, communication, and product design execution
