📋 Description

• Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI
• Ensure prompts and responses reflect real-world graphic and UI design processes
• Help shape how AI understands and simulates multimodal design workflows
• Participate in an AI interview covering creative workflows, user experience planning, and systemic design thinking
• Share screen and walk through a design showcasing design fundamentals and aesthetic
• Submit a portfolio for review
• Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Over 1+ years of experience in graphic or UI design
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
• Currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK or Australia
• Strong background creating high-quality visual designs, including websites/apps and brand/marketing assets, with unique aesthetics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exposure to LLMs and GenAI prompting
• Excellent visual design experience, skills, and a portfolio
• Must be able to share screen during the approximately 25-minute interview task
• Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
• Must apply from a desktop/laptop, not a mobile phone
