• Create high-performing digital ads that capture attention and drive conversions for e-commerce clients
• Develop creative concepts during collaborative brainstorming sessions with the strategy team
• Iterate and optimize ad creative based on performance data and client feedback
• Present ideas to internal teams and clients
• Stay current with social media trends and platform best practices
• Learn from experienced media buyers about performance metrics and strategy
• Work directly with diverse e-commerce brands across multiple industries

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media ad creation for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Experience with e-commerce brands or performance marketing
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and Shopify (nice-to-have)
• Understanding of conversion-focused creative strategies (nice-to-have)
• Experience working in remote teams (nice-to-have)
• Knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp and Asana (nice-to-have)
