About this role
As a Visual Designer at [REDACTED], you will be responsible for crafting visual narratives that captivate audiences and drive action across various platforms. Your role will involve designing high-impact ad creatives, producing engaging video content, maintaining a consistent visual identity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate product value propositions into compelling visuals. Here are the key responsibilities:
- Designing ad posters, banners, social media creatives, and digital campaign assets for product marketing on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Conceptualizing, storyboarding, and producing ad videos, product walkthroughs, animated explainers, and short-form video content.
- Creating motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content and showcase product features effectively.
- Developing and upholding a consistent visual language and brand system across all marketing touch-points.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
- Applying principles of advertising psychology, color theory, visual hierarchy, and persuasion to drive engagement and conversions.
- Staying updated on design trends, platform-specific content formats, and viral content patterns to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Managing end-to-end video production workflow, including editing, color grading, sound design, and optimization using Design & Video Tools.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 25+ years of professional experience in visual/graphic design, motion design, or video production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in static design, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Deep understanding of advertising psychology and the ability to create high-engagement content.
- Proficiency in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise audiences is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple projects.
- Familiarity with AI generative tools for image and video creation is preferred.
