We're looking for a UX writer to craft clear, intuitive copy across the [REDACTED] platform. Your main focus will be on improving and standardizing copy in [REDACTED] Console. You'll make sure every button, label, tooltip, and message helps users understand what to do next. While the focus is UX clarity, you'll care about business outcomes like activation and feature adoption, not just usability.

When we say UX writer, we're not looking for someone who churns out bland corporate UI text. We want a writer who understands that good microcopy is invisible. It guides users through complex workflows without making them think. You'll take confusing interface copy and make it simple, all while keeping [REDACTED]'s voice engaging and human.

What you'll be working on:

• You'll be part of the marketing team, reporting to the Head of Content, and working closely with Product, Design, Enablement, Engineering, and the developers responsible for [REDACTED] Console.

• Write and refine microcopy across [REDACTED] Console and the [REDACTED] platform. This includes buttons, labels, tooltips, error messages, empty states, onboarding flows, and all in-app messaging. Your goal is to make every interaction clear and helpful.
