📋 Description

• Develop new experiences for [REDACTED]'s resume-building products
• Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, UX Researchers, and cross-functional teams to define content requirements and strategies
• Shape content for UX flows, subscription plans and pricing, marketing product entry points, and other multidisciplinary projects
• Collaborate daily with UX Designers to ensure content and design solutions meet business objectives and user needs
• Develop clear, consistent nomenclature for tools and applications
• Ensure product messaging aligns with brand, accessibility, legal, and compliance standards
• Evaluate usability of new and existing products and provide constructive feedback, incorporating user research when needed
• Support writing projects end to end, set milestones and reviews, and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Contribute to a [REDACTED]-wide writing style guide
• Communicate writing and content choices and direction for handoff to product teams and senior leadership
• Identify opportunities and optimize experiences across top-of-funnel, core resume creation, and premium tools through A/B testing

🎯 Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience with UX, technical, or marketing writing, preferably for a high-traffic, consumer-facing website
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered copy and content solutions
• Ability to effectively work across multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities
• Interest in driving product growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and product optimizations
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams, working on similar flows and experiences (good to have)
• Knowledge of in-product A/B testing and experimentation (good to have)
• Experience leveraging and participating in user research, tests, and insight generation (good to have)
