UX Writer Senior Bilingüe

Objetivo del puesto

Buscamos un UX Writer Senior Bilingüe responsable de crear y definir el contenido de experiencias digitales end-to-end, con enfoque en UX, e-commerce y conversión.

El rol requiere crear contenido original en español e inglés. No es un puesto de traducción: buscamos criterio editorial, entendimiento del usuario y capacidad para adaptar el contenido a cada mercado y contexto.

Responsabilidades

• Crear microcopy, CTAs, mensajes transaccionales, errores, estados vacíos y contenidos de producto en ES y EN.
• Diseñar contenido que reduzca fricción, mejore la experiencia y contribuya a la conversión.
• Colaborar con equipos de UX/UI, Producto, Tecnología y Marketing.
• Definir y mantener voz, tono, guidelines y estándares de UX Writing.
• Adaptar contenido entre español e inglés considerando contexto cultural e intención, evitando traducciones literales.
• Participar en iniciativas de CRO, A/B testing y optimización de funnels digitales.
• Utilizar métricas, insights y objetivos de negocio para sustentar decisiones de contenido.

Requisitos

• 5+ años de experiencia como UX Writer, Content Designer, Product Writer o similar.
• Experiencia en e-commerce, productos digitales o plataformas transaccionales.
• Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios de UX, Producto y Tecnología.
• Español e inglés bilingüe, con capacidad para escribir contenido original en ambos idiomas.
• Conocimiento de UX Writing, Content Design, CRO, customer journeys y funnels de conversión.
• Deseable experiencia con A/B testing y análisis de performance de contenido.
