UX Writer/Content Designer
About this role
Responsibilities:
- Help ensure clarity, consistency, and confidence across critical banking experiences.
- Write and refine UX copy across converted online banking experiences (labels, instructions, system messaging, confirmations, error states)
- Collaborate closely with designers to integrate content in workflows
- Adapt vendor provided language to improve clarity and reduce confusion
- Apply voice and tone standards consistently across the converted experience
- Support content audits and updates tied to platform and feature changes
- Participate in reviews, usability testing, and iterative refinement
- Help reduce user friction and support trust during the conversion
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of user centered content for transactional flows
- Experience collaborating directly in design tools such as [REDACTED]
- Ability to balance usability, brand voice, and compliance considerations
- Excellent writing, editing, and cross functional communication skills
- Experience writing for third party or white labeled platforms
- Familiarity with the [REDACTED] digital banking platform
- Financial services, fintech, or regulated industry experience
- Service design or end to end journey experience
- Experience supporting platform migrations or conversions
- 3-5 yrs of experience in UX writing or content design
