We are looking for a talented and strategic UX Writer with at least 5 years of experience crafting user‑centric content. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to shape intuitive, consistent, and human‑centered experiences across our digital products. You'll be responsible for defining the voice and tone within the product, simplifying complex ideas, and ensuring that every word empowers users to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

User-Centered Content Creation

• Write clear, concise, and engaging microcopy for interfaces (buttons, menus, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, etc.).
• Translate complex concepts into accessible language while maintaining product clarity and usability.
• Ensure all product content aligns with UX best practices and accessibility standards.

Content Strategy & Systems

• Build and maintain a scalable content style guide, terminology system, and voice & tone guidelines.
