UX / UI Specialist Engineer

Role Overview

As a UX / UI Engineer Specialist at [REDACTED], you will be responsible for translating user insights into intuitive interaction concepts and robust, production-ready user interfaces for the company's digital products. Responsibilities

• Identify and understand user needs, workflows, and operational context relevant to your product(s)
• Create interaction design concepts, wireframes, and application prototypes based on UX vision and user understanding
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve usability
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results
• Document UX research and testing insights while communicating findings to stakeholders
• Translate UX concepts and UI designs into production-ready user interfaces
• Design and implement reusable, scalable UI components
• Write clean and maintainable frontend code
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX intent
• Integrate UI components with backend and system APIs
• Support quality assurance by reviewing UI implementations for usability, performance, and consistency
