About the role

We're looking for an AI-oriented Product Designer to join our product team and help optimize user experience, engagement, and conversion across a portfolio of high-traffic, SEO-driven websites.

This is not a purely visual or marketing design role. You'll work closely with Product Managers, SEO, CRO, Content, and Engineering to design scalable UX systems, conversion-focused components, and AI-powered design workflows. You'll also own the graphics and visual generation processes for the products you support, ensuring we can scale visual production efficiently using AI and automation.

You should be comfortable designing for real production environments, especially WordPress/Gutenberg, and thinking in terms of patterns, systems, and reuse, not one-off designs.

This role can be based in Malta (hybrid) or remote within other European countries.
