📋 Description
- Translate business objectives and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) with support from the team
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals
- Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides in collaboration with the team
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Clearly articulate design rationale and facilitate design reviews
- Stay up to date with trends, tools, and UX best practices
🎯 Requirements
- Previous experience in UX design or similar roles
- Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing
- Ability to produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs
- Client-focused with the ability to address client needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
