Salary up to 30M Gross

SCOPE OF WORK

Design UI/UX for trading system, including both mobile trading platform and home trading platform.

• Design end-to-end UX/UI solutions for enterprise platforms, web applications, and fintech products.
• Analyze business requirements, conduct market and desk research, and translate complex business processes into intuitive user experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Develop product concepts, feature proposals, and design presentations for new products and enhancements.
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and design documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Director, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support implementation through design specifications, design QA, and continuous design improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Information Technology or relevant fields
• 2 - 5 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tool - Figma
• Experience with stock trading systems or financial applications is a plus, but not mandatory
• Willing to learn new things and discover current design trends and technologies in stock trading area
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong time management skills and ability to keep the deadlines
• Demonstrate responsibility and a proactive approach to tasks
• Able to communicate in English, written and spoken.
