About The Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and spearhead the design of messaging experiences on a large-scale job marketplace platform. This role involves designing intuitive, engaging, and innovative interfaces for both mobile applications and desktop web surfaces, catering to job seekers and employers alike. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-powered features to enhance messaging functionalities, improve responsiveness through reply prompts and re-engagement strategies, and create compelling wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups validated through rigorous user research and A/B testing. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of user-centered designs that meet business goals and elevate the overall user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional, hands-on product UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product UX design, including interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user journeys
• Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy enterprise experiences such as search, filtering, or data export
• Proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and design handoff workflows
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Research, and Legal
• Experience incorporating UX research insights and iterating designs based on user feedback

Responsibilities

• Enhance the quality and effectiveness of messaging experiences across mobile and desktop platforms for both job seekers and employers
• Design user interfaces for AI-powered messaging features that improve engagement and usability
• Develop UX solutions that facilitate responsiveness through reply prompts, expectation management, status transparency, and re-engagement patterns
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with the platform’s design language and standards
• Collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, and Research teams across distributed environments to ensure seamless implementation
• Validate design concepts through A/B testing and qualitative user research, iterating based on findings
• Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects
