📋 Description

• Design end-to-end UX/UI deliverables from early exploration and concepting through high-fidelity execution
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs balancing usability, business goals, and technical constraints
• Build, evolve, and maintain design systems supporting consistency, scalability, and flexibility across products
• Conduct UX research activities, including usability testing and user interviews, to inform design decisions
• Use Figma for design, prototyping, documentation, and collaboration
• Use AI-assisted tools such as Figma AI and Claude to improve efficiency, creativity, and design quality
• Partner with client product teams to understand problems, shape solutions, and deliver outcomes
• Collaborate with engineers, strategists, and delivery leads to bring designs to life
• Participate in agile workflows while balancing multiple projects, clients, and industries
• Take ownership of design work end-to-end
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as marketing, pitches, and the evolution of the design practice
• Experiment, bring new ideas, and embrace continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Applications from outside Canada will not be considered for this role
• 2+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer working on digital products or platforms
• Strong hands-on design skills with deep proficiency in Figma
• Experience building and maintaining design systems in real-world product environments
• Working knowledge of UX research methods including usability testing and user interviews
• Experience working directly with clients or cross-functional product teams
• Ability to give and receive design feedback
• Ability to adapt design approaches across different industries, users, and problem spaces
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-assisted design tools and workflows, such as Figma AI and Claude
• Experience with motion design, advanced prototyping tools, front-end concepts, or workshop facilitation is a plus
