📋 Description
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Create clear proposals and documentation to support ideas and solutions across different ideation stages
- Design, plan, and analyze testing strategies to validate solutions and improve the user experience
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align design, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Contribute to understanding design trends and market needs in the agricultural industry
- Work closely with the Product Manager, agricultural experts, and clients during the discovery process
🎯 Requirements
- Student or graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps (web and native) and responsive web design
- Experience conducting usability tests and analyzing results
- Advanced English proficiency required
- Advanced Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and Design Thinking
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Creativity and passion for innovation
