📋 Description
- Collaborate with UX/UI leadership on creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes
- Align new products with the design system
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Assist in building and maintaining the design system and guidelines
- Summarize user research and apply data to current baseline designs and new product initiatives
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design or computer science
- 3-5 years of experience in a UX/UI design or related field
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in [REDACTED] CS, including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with Sketch and Zeplin is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Solid foundation with WCAG standards
- Provide examples of wireframes, user flows or prototypes
- Strong communications skills and ability to work within a team
