📋 Description

• Collaborate with product and research teams to gather user requirements through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Design intuitive information architectures, wireframes, and interaction flows that address user needs and business goals.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups, UI components, and visual assets that align with brand and accessibility standards.
• Build interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder reviews.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.
• Advocate for inclusive design practices and ensure interfaces meet accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design for web and/or mobile products.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, Storybook) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to present design rationale to stakeholders and collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business teams.
