📋 Description

• Act strategically in product design, ensuring an intuitive and efficient user experience
• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design decisions meet both user needs and business objectives
• Translate research insights and data into visual and interactive solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces aligned with the company's Design System
• Conduct and interpret usability research and user interviews
• Work closely with front-end development to ensure adherence to the design
• Define and monitor success metrics, proposing data-driven improvements
• Contribute to the evolution of the Design System, ensuring visual consistency and component scalability across products
• Ensure knowledge management and dissemination through clear documentation and by sharing learnings with the team
• Continuously learn and stay up to date with Product Design techniques, trends, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Product Design, with hands-on work creating digital interfaces and user experiences
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for prototyping and documentation
• Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
• Ability to work with design, product, and technology teams, collaborating with other designers, developers, and PMs
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, and proactivity
• Analytical ability to interpret usage data and turn insights into actionable improvements
• Attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality of design deliverables
• Adaptability to work across different types of systems and products
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other task and documentation platforms
• Experience with B2B digital systems and products (data visualization, enterprise platforms, or SaaS is a plus)
