UX/UI Designer (Remote, Latam))

We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a Senior UX/UI Designer that is well-versed in web design and design patterns and is located in Latin America, preferably in Argentina. As we are currently working with multiple companies on many different products, we have quite a few projects where someone like you could make a difference.

We are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Strong focus on user experience, with the ability to identify needs and ask the right questions.
• Experience working directly with clients, understanding their vision and participating in discovery processes.
• Ability to design user flows, wireframes, and UI designs for web-based products.
• Creative and resourceful profile, able to evaluate different design approaches and propose solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, UXPin, Framer, InVision, Zeplin, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work for web products.
• Familiarity with AI tools as part of the design or productivity workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
