UX/UI Designer (Part-time)

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to work on a part-time basis (T&M). Approximate involvement is 50-100 hours per month. The main goal is to strengthen the design team working on projects with international clients. Domains - fintech, healthcare, real estate etc

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct online design workshops with clients (client briefing)
• Design for web and mobile platforms
• Create interface concepts and prototypes
• Develop branding elements (logo, visual identity)
• Create interface animations and motion graphics using Jitter or After Effects

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience conducting design workshops with clients
• English level B2+ (ability to present and argue design solutions)
• Strong background in creating UI concepts for web design and UX/UI (mobile/web apps)
• Have experience with AI tools: image creation; and AI-video tools
• Experience working across various industries and projects
• Solid understanding of UX principles (theoretical knowledge, research skills, best practices)
• Collaboration experience with application developers
• Ability to create and maintain design systems
• Ability to work with animations using Jitter or After Effects

Nice-to-have skills

• Advanced motion design and animation skills
• Experience in creating micro-interactions or animated elements
