📋 Description

• Create polished, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma (and similar tools). • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to continuously improve UX flows. • Work closely with PMs and developers to ensure smooth handoff and pixel-perfect implementation. • Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable UI components. • Stay current on UI/UX trends, AI-driven design practices, and modern product patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects. • Advanced proficiency in modern design tools — Figma (primary) and/or Sketch. • Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility best practices. • Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design patterns. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate smoothly with product and engineering teams. • Nice to have: Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development concepts.
