About the position:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to take full ownership of our ecommerce design initiatives by designing high-converting and intuitive customer journeys across all customer-facing digital touchpoints and internal business tools.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver UX/UI solutions for ecommerce initiatives, ensuring high-quality, user-centred outcomes.
• Keep our visual identity elevated and cohesive across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer, business, and technical requirements into clear, build-ready design solutions.
• Continuous improvement by testing and tracking UX success metrics to elevate the customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Technology team and developers to deliver customer-facing and internal digital solutions.

What are we seeking?

• Proven experience in a UI/UX design role, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality digital experiences, strong visual design, and the ability to solve complex user problems through thoughtful interface design.
• Strong technical capability in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, design systems, responsive layouts, and developer handover. Experience with Miro and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• A confident communicator who loves collaborating and brainstorming but can also execute independently.
• A collaborative implementor who can support developers and ensure designs are delivered as intended.
• Demonstrated experience using customer behaviour and testing, to continuously iterate and elevate digital experiences to drive business outcomes.
