We’re on the lookout for a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Melbourne and play a key role in shaping customer-centric digital solutions across enterprise Salesforce implementations.
About the Role
As a UX/UI Designer at [REDACTED], you'll contribute to the design and delivery of Salesforce-powered solutions across practice. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, developers, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into simple and seamless user experiences.
This is an ideal role for a designer looking to grow their skills within a high-performing, purpose-driven team that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs aligned with user and business needs
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfaces
- Design Salesforce Lightning UI components with a focus on consistency and usability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to run discovery sessions, user testing, and iterative feedback loops
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and brand standards
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to design handoffs and documentation
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in enterprise or government projects
- Experience working on Salesforce platforms (especially Lightning Experience)
- Exposure to the Solution Design Services Programme (SDSP)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design and component-based design systems
- Ability to present and communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A collaborative mindset and user-first approach to problem solving
