UX/UI Designer
About this role
[REDACTED] facilitates its clients’ access to its petabytes of granular data and derived insights via three main products: [REDACTED] Data Lab, [REDACTED] Data Feed and [REDACTED] Vantage, a leading financial data visualisation application
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to take ownership of the user experience across our software estate, ensuring a consistent, high quality look and feel that is aligned with our brand and the needs of our users
This is a central design role, working across multiple products
You will own and evolve our design system and UX guidelines, collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing, and help shape the design direction of our fast-growing FinTech business that serves some of the largest financial institutions in the world
- Own and evolve the [REDACTED] design system and UX standards, ensuring consistent adoption across Data Lab, Data Feed, Vantage and associated Admin tools
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver intuitive, high quality designs for new features and UI enhancements
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate brand principles into consistent product experiences across the software estate
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes and high fidelity prototypes
- Contribute to product requirements and define UX standards and best practices across the business
