UX/UI Designer

Our team consists of UX designers, a UX researcher, a UX writer as well as front-end developers and QA testers. We work on a range of products, including systems that support casino management (e.g., device configuration, financial analysis) and online digital entertainment platforms.

What you'll do

• Define project assumptions, analyze requirements, and create solutions
• Create mockups and prototypes for mobile and web apps, clearly documenting your work
• Ensure the visual integrity of projects (including with help from design systems)
• Work with developers to oversee the realization of the product vision

Your knowledge & skills

• An understanding of the design process and the ability to adapt it to project needs
• Ability to conduct analyses and independently find solutions
• A solid grasp of usability design and information architecture principles
• Proficiency in using UX design tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro) and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop)
• Proficiency in using AI tools (Figma Make, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to optimize and streamline the design process

Important to us

• Experience executing commercial projects independently
• Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to present and justify your ideas
• Being conscientious and well-organized
• A well-developed aesthetic sense and knowledge of graphic composition principles in digital product design
• Experience in creating microinteractions and animations (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
• In office 2 days a week
