📋 Description
- Create and evolve digital interfaces in alignment with the company’s design guidelines and visual identity
- Conduct usability research and user testing to validate design hypotheses
- Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure consistency between design and implementation
- Produce low- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using [REDACTED]
- Document navigation flows and user journeys
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of design systems and component libraries
- Apply user-centered design practices and agile methodologies
- Work in partnership with a major Brazilian market leader in weighing, automation, and information management solutions
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in UI/UX projects, preferably in digital environments (web and mobile)
- Advanced proficiency in [REDACTED] for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Knowledge of and experience with [REDACTED] (a collaborative design tool/methodology)
- Understanding of digital accessibility and inclusive design best practices
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate ideas clearly
- Analytical, creative, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience with user research tools such as [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Experience contributing to design system projects is a plus
- Intermediate English for reading documentation and collaborating on international projects is a plus
