📋 Description

• Own the complete product design cycle for account management and security features across web and mobile web platforms
• Audit current account entry points and map user flows across routing logic, sign-up/sign-in flows, and account settings
• Identify and resolve UX inconsistencies across cross-flow systems
• Design branching user flows for varied account conditions
• Cover error, recovery, empty, loading, and edge states
• Produce production-ready engineering handoff documentation, including design redlines, state specifications, and interaction guidelines
• Participate directly with engineers in technical scoping and refinement
• Apply and responsibly extend enterprise-scale Figma design systems
• Conduct lightweight usability validation
• Draft interface copy aligned with content standards
• Perform design quality assurance throughout implementation and launch
• Collaborate with senior designers, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and distributed teams across LATAM and North America

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory portfolio submission demonstrating shipped, engineering-implemented product software, complex multi-path flows, and strong visual/interaction craft
• 3–5 years of dedicated UX/UI product design experience shipping production software in close partnership with Product Managers and Software Engineers
• Mastery of Figma
• Interactive prototyping skills
• Extensive experience working within an established enterprise-scale design system
• Ability to reason about authentication mechanics, session states, routing logic, and system dependencies directly with engineers
• Proven strength in systems thinking, error/recovery states, accessible UI design, and comprehensive engineering handoff specifications
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Slack
• Specialized experience designing authentication, identity verification, account security, sign-in/sign-up, or trust-related user flows
• Experience using product metrics, A/B testing, and lightweight usability testing
• Experience designing for international audiences or regulated-industry compliance standards
• Experience utilizing AI tools for design exploration, prototyping, user research synthesis, or specification documentation
• Track record of quickly ramping up into complex product domains and operating autonomously
• Flexibility to overlap with North America business hours
• All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be in English
