📋 Description
- Develop and implement UX/UI solutions for products
- Develop initial ideas through wireframes and prototypes to final implementation
- Conduct user testing and research activities
- Derive concrete design decisions from user research
- Work with existing design guidelines and further develop them
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UX colleagues
- Bring together user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities
- Represent the UX perspective to stakeholders and build acceptance for user-centered work
- Support product teams in integrating user-centered methods
- Further develop UX processes from discovery and research through validation and implementation
- Identify and introduce opportunities to advance UX maturity
🎯 Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of experience in UX/Product Design
- Experience contributing to and significantly advancing design organizations, UX processes, or ways of working
- Ability to reflect on design decisions and their outcomes in a clear and traceable manner
- Experience with complex digital products, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environment
- Portfolio showcasing completed solutions and a clear account of your contribution to their development
- Confident communication skills in German and English
